Kathmandu: In an exhilarating warm-up match held on June 15, 2023, at Harare Sports Club in Zimbabwe, Nepal emerged triumphant, defeating Oman by 2 wickets. The match served as a crucial preparation ahead of the ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifier 2023.

Chasing Oman's target of 267 runs, Nepal showcased remarkable determination, successfully chasing down the total in just 44.5 overs. The standout performance came from Kushal Bhurtel, who exhibited exceptional batting skills, smashing a remarkable century with 101 runs to his name.
